There is generally nothing wrong with being naked in a place that is private. But, when does that place become public?

Here's a radical idea: All this angst and legal wrangling over nudity is insane. There is nothing inherently wrong with the human body or being naked. It is just a cultural taboo enshrined in legal statutes. The taboo has varied throughout history: 100 years ago we tolerated far less skin than we do today. It should be no one's business if I am nude in public and none of my business if someone else is nude in public. In an ideal world, all the laws against nudity would not exist.

I wouldn't be embarassed if someone else saw me naked. I wear clothes for their benefit, not mine. If they don't mind seeing me naked, it certainly doesn't bother me. If you don't want to see me naked in my house, don't look in my windows.

I walk around naked in my home. when weather is nice we have widows, curtains,& doors(front & back wide open. no complaints from the neighbors who have seen us (mainly me) completely naked. Neighbor next to me has seen me naked on serveral occations, but since it's not perverted, she has not said nothing. She sometimes stares, but she's o.k. with it.

If someone sees you walking around your own home naked they should turn there head so they don't see you. The embarrassment is to the person who is seen if they happen to be aware they were seen. Most people don't look in other peoples windows normally. If you are going to be naked in your own home just make sure you are not close to the window. I saw a very nice looking woman while out for a walk in my neighborhood through her window twice. I also once had a conversation with her when she was outside after seeing her naked. I don't think I should have looked the second time but I did want to see her nude. I don't know if that was okay or if either one of us was guilty of any wrongdoing. It doesn't strike me as being that important so why worry about it.

With respect to peeping toms ... to my limited knowledge of the law many jurisdictions prosecute peepers under trespassing laws. Therefore they would not apply to a neighbour in their own home.

Don't you think if some of the people see you you would feel embarresed well If you do something like that you should be in a private place not in a public place! there is something wrong with the beaches with the nudity it is very dangerous but if you feel endangered then you should tell someone or get out of the stuff right away! you should please report the people who you think is spying on you!

Having listened to the nudity cast, the question that immediately came to mind was, aren't there any peeping tom laws about taking steps to peer into your neighbours' house? If the window was as inaccessible as the gentleman claimed, was the reporting person not peeping?
