On the way he somehow came off the road and landed just 1 yard from a fence of a military base. Surely enough, police was there in a couple of minutes. He was taken to a police station and was waiting for the blood test.I think coupon codes are more important than ever to people trying to save money on their shopping online. As it happened, they didn’t have technician or a nurse on duty and they had to wait for him to arrive.

I was pulled over for 0.081 - can you believe that ! I refused the exhalation test in the hope that my blood alchohol had dropped.
Well it didn't.

BUT now I have the option of taking my own sealed blood to a dr or nurse for verification.

Firstly - is this worth the time and effort?
Secondly, could I draw a few ccs of my own clean blood an insert it into the vial before testing - or do they test for this sort of thing ??

One big benefit to the blood test is that there are all sorts of procedural requirements. It is far more likely that in the process of finding a person to administer it and such, that either the time limit (in Ohio, 1 hour) has passed or other protocol violations have happened that could make it inadmissible in court.

Never mind that after one has "peaked" the extra time will result in a lower BAC.

My friend was in a car accident, where he was taken to a hospital. There was a police officer that had responed to the call. My friend submitted to a blood test that they said was used for the hospital, the officer looked over my friend and said he looked ok, the officer said, "would you like to call somesone and pick you up". My friends phone didn't work, so the officer used his personal phone to call the guys girlfriend to pick him up. The officer told the girlfriend, " no nee to worry, there had been a car accident, but he is doing fine, can you come and pick him up".
That was the end of that, but now 6 months later he finds there is a DUI charge for him and an ARREST WARRANT out. He went down and check his DMV driving record and now there is a DUI charge on his driving record and an arrest date from 6 months ago, he had never bee arrested or charged.
He has still not been notified of anything from the courts or DMV, he would have never found out any of this if it wasn't for an attorney solicitation that told him of the arrest warrant. His company did a DMV last month and it was clean.

What can my friend do?
Can they come back 6 months later on a DUI charge?

When he went to DMV he had just found out he has until May 25,2009 before they suspend his license.
